After School Club
Supporting Busy Families
Understanding that our pupils are full of enthusiasm for extending their learning, but appreciating the juggling that comes with busy family lives, our After School Club supports this by offering high quality school care for all pupils that attend Morrison’s Academy Primary School.
Fantastic Facilities
Our wraparound care ethos is the same as in the rest of the School, encouraging our pupils to make the most of every opportunity available at Morrison’s Academy. The Club has access to fantastic facilities throughout the campus and makes good use of the extensive school grounds, sports halls and outdoor courts.
- Between 3.20pm and 4.30pm we offer an extensive range of co-curricular clubs and a Homework Club.
- After School Club has two sessions running from 4.30pm to 5.15pm and from 5.15pm to 6pm and each session costs £5.
To ensure your child gets a place in ASC, any co-curricular club or Homework Club, you must book them in through the SOCS system via our Parent Portal.

All About After School Club
ASC sessions provide the children with rich and varied opportunities to access some of the many crafts, games, toys and activities from our extensive resources cupboard. We balance covering topics of interest or specific themes throughout the calendar year and create appropriate craft or activities.
Most importantly ASC is a child-led environment where the children can relax from the structure of a school day and choose the things that they would like to do.
We have a variety of outdoor activities they can take part in from football and rugby to den making. The children are invited to be outside as much as possible and to enjoy their freedom in the safe, stunning surroundings of the playground.
ASC provides the perfect environment for children across the Primary ages to interact with each other and it is lovely to watch new friendships form and younger children grow in confidence and learn and play alongside their peers.
