School News

This week, our Pipe Band enjoyed an unforgettable few days in Dublin, creating incredible memories while representing the school on an international stage.

From the moment they arrived, the group received a warm Irish welcome. The city was alive with energy in the lead-up to St Patrick’s Day, with streets filled with music, colour and celebration. Being part of such a globally recognised event was a truly special experience for everyone and the band rose to the occasion with a fantastic performance in the parade.

The visit was not only about performing but also about experiencing the culture and atmosphere of Dublin. Throughout their stay, pupils explored the city, strengthened friendships and embraced every opportunity that came their way.

If you missed them live, take a look at them gearing up for the parade on RTE News here. (The band appear at 1.22 in the clip)

A huge congratulations to every member of the Pipe Band for their commitment, enthusiasm and outstanding representation of the school. 💚
