Perthshire Pupils Showcase Skills at Strathearn Schools’ Climbing Competition

This year’s Strathearn Schools’ Climbing Competition was an exciting showcase of skill, determination and teamwork. More than 100 pupils from Primary and Secondary schools across Scotland attended the event at Morrison’s Academy and tested their skills on our fantastic climbing wall.

The competition brought together schools from across the region, offering an incredible opportunity for young climbers to meet new friends, learn new techniques and push their limits in a fun, supportive environment.

Such a successful event wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity and support of a variety of contributors. The Workshop, Aberfeldy provided beautiful medals that were awarded to the winners and many teachers and parents played a crucial role, bringing pupils along and helping throughout the event. A special mention goes to Dave Sanderson, Head of Outdoor Education at Morrison’s Academy, for organising another top-notch competition.

While every participant displayed incredible talent and determination, our winners must be congratulated for their outstanding performances.

We are proud to have had pupils from so many schools participating in this year’s competition. The event was a testament to the incredible talent and enthusiasm that exists across our region. A huge thank you to the following schools for their participation:
