School News

A huge thank you to pupils and staff who were involved in our Open Morning on Saturday 26th September.

It was a pleasure to welcome prospective pupils and their families to Morrison’s Academy and to showcase the breadth of opportunities and experiences available throughout our school.

Following a welcome from Rector Cath Precious in Memorial Hall, our visitors enjoyed individual tours with Transitional and S6 pupils.  Whether taking part in hockey and rugby training, explaining experiments in the chemistry lab, painting in the art studio, performing in the outdoor classroom or cooking up a storm in the HFTT kitchens, our pupils truly embodied our Developing The Whole Child ethos.

It was wonderful to meet so many families and share everything that makes Morrison’s Academy such a special place.  For those who were unable to make it or to book a personalised tour, contact Admissions Registrar Catriona Elliott via admissions@morrisonsacademy.org.
