Morrison’s Academy is delighted to congratulate all of our Senior pupils on an excellent set of results in the 2022 SQA examinations. The outstanding results are testament to the dedication, hard work and ability of our pupils, the support of their families and the high quality teaching and learning environment of Morrison’s Academy.

Mr Andrew J McGarva, the school’s Rector said, “Since 2020, our pupils and staff have responded positively to the challenges of an evolving assessment framework. The strength of our school community and the partnership between teachers, pupils and families has enabled our pupils to thrive and produce exam results that they can celebrate.

Our pupils have shown remarkable resilience and I am very proud of their performance. Our exam year pupils have lived up to our motto, ‘Ad Summa Tendendum,’ to strive for the highest, and I wish to congratulate them on what they have achieved.”

Perthshire’s leading independent day school achieved

• 98% Advanced Higher pass rate results.
• 95% Higher pass with 61% of S5 passes being awarded at ‘A’ grade.
• 95% National 5 pass rate.

Pupils celebrated an incredible 100% pass rate in Advanced Higher, Higher and National 5 in Art and Design, Photography, Computing Science, Drama, French, Music and PE.

The sector leading Art and Design department once more celebrated a full set of ‘A’ grades at all three examination levels, for the eighth year in a row, a remarkable achievement.
